Its products are mainly Chinese herb medicine and health-products, including the well-known E-Jiao (donkey-hide gelatin). The company covers 2000 square meters and owns a total asset of 1.084 billion yuan. Its products can be classified 8 types, 40 varieties with an annual production capacity of 8,000 tons, including E-Jiao serials, processed Chinese traditional medicine, health-protect food, keep-fit beverage and genetic engineering medicine. It is one of the big State Owned Enterprises and among the 50 strongest ones in this industry, also the largest producer of top quality gelatin with the most advanced facilities.

The main product "Dong-E E-Jiao", with the brand "Dong-E" has a history of more than 2000 years. It is the best blood tonic. In quantity, the annual production and export cover 70% and 90% of whole country respectively. The products are mainly exported to Southeastern Asia, Europe and USA.
